The team you will be working with
- Imagine yourself working inside an incubator.
- For the most strategic team of TransOrg, directly with the founder and other senior leaders.
- No micromanagement.
The Role
- Create visual concepts using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
- Create quality illustrations for 2D animated videos.
- Create storyboards for 2D animated videos.
- Develop ads, brochures, logos, PPT & other branding materials.
- Create creative motion graphic videos.
- Create Av videos.
- Collaborate with marketing team & creative team & work closely with them to meet the deadlines.
- Create regular content for social media on a daily basis
Skills we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree with preferably 0-1.5 years of experience.
- As a fresher or experienced portfolio is mandatory
- Solid expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong working knowledge of video editing software.
- Strong understanding of the theory and aesthetics of graphics creation, colour correction and audio mixing.
- Have a passion for motion design and storytelling.
- Time and resource management skills.
- Experience in Social Media post design for advertisement.
- Ready to work in a startup which involves high levels of growth with a huge level of autonomy.
